I’ll be honest, this section of my website was my biggest roadblock in getting it launched. I’ve been working on this site for about a year on and off. Initially when I created it, I had an “about me” written. Life took me on a detour away from my website and when I came back, I re-read it and I realized it described an older expression of me. An expression that I had grown beyond and expanded past. I knew I needed to re-write the about me to be something more resonant with who I am now.

I sat down for a couple months and tried to write the perfect about me with all the right spiritual buzzwords that capitalized on my story of how I got here and why I’m doing what I do. The truth is, it all felt forced. Every word.

I had just come out of a very long inner winter coupled with a dark night of the soul journey and I was in a void, a transitory phase. I knew that I wasn’t the same, yet I also didn’t fully know what my next expression was and how it wanted to be honored.

Recently, I’ve experienced a lot of healing, learning and integrating. I’ve let a lot of old energies go by feeling them, understanding them, and integrating the lesson that came with those experiences. For awhile I could feel myself teetering between worlds, dimensions really.

We hear a lot about 3D, 4D and 5D—how each dimension is experienced and feels a certain way. From my experience, I believe that we coexist in all three dimensions simultaneously. I believe that we have different energetic allocations in each one. I believe that we live and experience our reality based on where the majority percentage of our energy is anchored in dimensionally.

That means that we can be 50/40/10, 40/40/20, 40/30/30, etc. The possibilities are endless. Again, where the majority of your energy is anchored, that is where the majority, but not all, of your reality will be experienced. For the last year or so, I’ve been integrating and purging a lot of third dimensional fear. This experience has allowed more of my energy to anchor into higher dimensions which has caused me to shift where I am experiencing my reality from. To be clear, it is shifting and it’s always shifting but you can anchor into “energetic consistency.”

Allowing myself to open up to more of my soul has been a scary process. It’s required a great deal of trust in my intuition and higher powers. Allowing myself to know that I’m held and supported. Allowing myself to internally believe and create things for myself as being true NOW, even if my external world doesn’t yet support that.

Anchoring into my next expression and embodiment has been exciting but it certainly wasn’t as easy as it sounds. It’s something that took a lot of trial and error, discomfort, and many leaps of faith that sometimes seemed illogical. But it brought me to where I am.

This journey and experience has illuminated how my soul wants to exist, experience and express itself right now. I want to write, I want to share my words, I want to create content to support others on their own journey. Even more so, I want to work with people to assist them in anchoring into their next embodied expression of themselves.

I’ve always been very perceptive to energy. I can read it and translate it very easily so that it makes sense to others. We all have our own special gifts and abilities that we came here to use and express to support the collective and Earth in raising their frequency and vibration. My knack is helping others perceive themselves/their lives from a higher level and then taking steps to embody and create that in their inner world so that their reality begins to reflect that.
