Energy Coaching
My personal philosophy and goal with energy coaching is to help you grow and evolve to eventually become independent of me (you become your own teacher!)
These sessions are geared towards a soul who is ready to dive deeper into themselves—their spiritual, multidimensional nature—and is looking for guidance in their energetic development. I will work with you one on one to assist you in your journey. We can work on one area or multiple—I can assist you with healing work (shadow/inner child/ego), growing your psychic/intuitive abilities, learning to communicate with your energy/field, working with guides/beings, and breaking free of your patterns/energy cycles. These are very customizable based on what you’d like to grow within yourself but I find most clients do best with a mix of healing, integrating and activating work.
If you’re interested in energy coaching sessions and feel the calling towards them, honor yourself and your readiness. If you’re not sure you’re ready for this work, listen to yourself and honor that. The most important part of your process is knowing where you’re at and what you’re ready for right now. Trusting yourself and respecting that is a vital part of your soul’s journey. These sessions will only help if you’re truly ready to show up, change, and commit to yourself.
If this is right for you, commit to showing up for yourself, your process and journey fully. Come to each session reflective of the shifts/changes you’ve engaged in and directed between sessions. Be honest. No question or topic is “too much.” Have 1-2 areas you’re curious to unpack and explore more deeply. Personal information you share is confidential and kept private. Energy coaching clients who commit to a series of 6 sessions will also receive distanced energy work from me during our journey together.
